'GIVE ME MY PERFECT BODY - NOW!

We gave three celebs the chance to create their dream bodies - but did they prefer perfection or lumps and bumps?
By Gemma Calvert & Eimear O'Hagan

'I PREFER THE REAL ME AFTER ALL'
TV presenter Jasmine Harman, 33, is a size 12-14
“Last week I received an email from a fan asking if I was expecting. I’m not pregnant, so initially I was so upset, but it was the wake-up call I needed to make me realise I need to do something about my weight.

After spending five months in Italy and America filming A Place In The Sun: Home Or Away?, indulging my love of risottos, tiramisu and good wine, I’ve gained nearly 2st. At 5ft 9in I now weigh almost 11st and have gone from a size 10 to a 12-14.

I’m getting married to my fiancé, cameraman Jon Boast, this year and am determined to slim down and tone up. I don’t like my stomach – it’s lumpy and wobbly when it should be smooth. I’m not after a six-pack, I just want it to be firmer and flatter. I also want my bum to be smaller and more pert.
Since putting on weight, my boobs have got bigger – I’ve gone from a 34B to a 36DD, which Jon thinks is fantastic, but I think my breasts are spaced too far apart and I have to rely on a good push-up bra.

I like my face and take good care of my skin, but I do have dark circles and a few lines under my eyes. But I’ve never considered Botox – I’d prefer wrinkles to a frozen face.”

JASMINE'S WISH LIST
"Remove my eye bags"
"Lift my boobs"
"Flatten my tummy and lengthen my torso"
"Slim my thighs and bottom"

Jasmine’s verdict
“I don’t like my after photo, which really surprised me. I look unnatural and not like me at all! It’s made me realise my body isn’t as bad as I imagined. Anyone contemplating surgery should have this done because it’s easy to get carried away with the idea of perfection.”

'I'D LOVE A BOOTY LIKE BEYONCE'S'
Model Nell McAndrew, 35, is a size 8
“I’ve been trying to put on weight since having my son, Devon, in 2006. At 5ft 9in, I’m 10st, the same weight as before, but I’m slimmer because I don’t do as much weight training.

I eat more than my husband, Paul, because I’m training for the London Marathon, and need to keep my energy up. But I’ve been living on my nerves since I became a mum. I’m also still breastfeeding, so until I stop, my body fat won’t come back.

In my eyes, the perfect body belongs to Beyoncé Knowles. I often wonder what it’s like to have those curves. Her body is an hourglass shape whereas my waist is straight up and down.

Paul would like me to be meatier too. Whenever I do manage to gain a few pounds, he always says I look better. I’d love a nice round and womanly bottom like Beyoncé’s.

I had surgery to make my boobs bigger when I was 23 – going from a 34B to 34D – because I wasn’t in proportion. Although I loved the results, I would never undergo surgery like that again as I now know the risks.
I have broken nights’ sleep with Devon and it’s showing in my skin. I’ve noticed more wrinkles, but I’ve seen a lot of people ruin their faces with Botox.”

NELL'S WISH LIST
"Get rid of my wrinkles"
"I want feminine curves"
"Give me Beyonce's bum!"

Nell’s verdict
“When I first looked at the digitally enhanced picture, it made me smile! I look more womanly and I like that. Clothes would look fantastic on a figure like this. Paul liked the image too, but says he prefers me as I am. If I did look as curvaceous as this, I would probably wish I looked more lean, like I am now.”

'FINALLY, I LOOK LIKE A WOMAN'
Big Brother star Nikki Grahame, 26, is a size 4
“I feel like I’m a woman living in a child’s body. When I was eight, I became anorexic after my parents split up and my granddad died. I was so unhappy and stopping eating seemed to be the only way to get control of my life. But soon I was on a mission to starve myself to death.

My parents admitted me to a children’s eating disorder unit in London, and I was in and out of different hospitals for years. When I was 12, my weight dropped to around 3st and I slipped into a coma. The doctors ended up stitching a feeding tube inside my stomach so I wouldn’t rip it out. It left me with a small scar on my stomach, which I hate.

It was only when I was 16 that I realised what I was doing to myself and I became determined to get well, but by then I had ruined my body. I was totally flat-chested so when I was 18 I had a boob job, taking me to a 32C. Now I’m 5ft 2in and weigh 6st. I still find it hard to eat properly, but I’m desperate for curves.

I also hate the wrinkles on my forehead, my nose – wonky after a car crash when I was 22 – and my feet, which have big bunions on them from wearing high heels. I’d also like to be more tanned and have whiter teeth. But I do like my stomach. I’m lucky because I can get a six-pack by doing 100 sit-ups a day.”

NIKKI'S WISH LIST
"Whiten my teeth"
"Give me a straighter nose"
"Get rid of my tummy scar"
"I'd like wider hips please"
"Make my thighs shapely"
"Give me beautiful feet"

Nikki’s verdict
“At first I thought I looked really fat, but the more I look at the photo, the more I like it. My hips look amazing but they’ll never grow to this size. One day when I’m really happy, I hope I’ll put the weight on naturally and gain some curves.”
