'What you see is what you get. I'm not afraid to speak my mind'

‘I had Botox – out of curiosity’

MODEL RACHEL HUNTER, 38, ON STAYING YOUNG AND BULKING UP

I was intrigued by the idea of Botox so I had it done a year ago. It was great, but didn’t make me go running back for more.

We’ve been size obsessed for far too long. It’s so boring. We need to find something else to focus on other than the whole size zero thing.

I do like to take care of my skin. I always use Rose Water from Neal’s Yard to keep it toned and refreshed, followed by a good moisturiser.

My figure changed recently when I did a TV show in America [Celebrity Circus]. I became more muscular by lifting my own body weight as part of my training. Now it’s ended I’ll go back to spinning and Pilates classes.

I’m a very black and white person. What you see is what you get. I’m not afraid to speak my mind.

Dieting has become so weird. When did chicken, fruit and vegetables become ‘diet’ food? They’re just healthy foods. It’s more about portion control.

I’m very basic when it comes to make-up. I just use lipgloss, eyeliner and mascara. L’Oréal Voluminous Mascara makes my lashes look really long.
