I love my flat, toned stomach. Thankfully, I snapped back into shape after having my son Devon 22 months ago. I was in good condition before the birth and didn’t have to battle to lose the baby weight.
As a mum, exercise is no longer my main priority. Before Devon was born, I’d spend two hours a day in the gym. Now I squeeze in a 30-minute cycle ride or run when I can. The mental boost exercise gives me is as important as the physical benefits.
Real beauty comes from physical and mental well-being. If you eat well, exercise and get enough rest, you’ll look far better than if you just slap on loads of make-up. The only beauty product I rely on is Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion, which keeps my skin smooth and lustrous.
I love to pamper myself in a bubble bath and then spritz myself with my favourite fragrance, Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker.
I had breast implants 10 years ago. I don’t regret it, but if I could go back in time, I wouldn’t do it again. I thought they would make me a more confident person, but I’ve learnt confidence comes from within, not from surgery.
I give 100 per cent to everything I do, from my career to my family. That sometimes means I take on too much. I’m learning that I need time for myself, too.
