* The yummy mummy-to-be says she traded in her old eating habits – large breakfast, no lunch and a salad for dinner – for healthy meals every four hours that include organic meats and plenty of fruit and vegetables
* And contrary to popular belief, it seems you don't really need to "eat for two". To stay in shape like Jessica, you should only be increasing your calorie intake by about 300 per day, which is just a bag of McCoys Flame Grilled Steak crisps and half a chocolate biscuit a day.
* Keep your energy levels up and get smooth, luminous-looking skin by aiming to drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day
* If, like Jessica, you drink a lot of caffeine, try swapping it for something else. The actress had cravings for lemons, so replaced her cups of coffee with refreshing glasses of lemonade. Why not give making your own rejuvenating juice a go?
* Trade in quick-fix sugary snacks for some dried fruit, a handful of almonds or something more unusual like celery sticks with raisins and peanut butter
* Do as Jessica's done, and avoid skipping breakfast. 10 to 12 hours is too long for a baby to wait and increases your appetite for the rest of the day
* Keep the pounds off by keeping an eye on your portion sizes - if in doubt, a fist-sized portion is normally the right amount. You'll be on the beach and bikini-confident again in no time!
* Steer clear of fast and fried food. It's bad for you, bad for your baby and bad for a taut and toned body.
* To keep yourself looking trim and radiant, do some gentle exercise. A 30-minute walk in the morning can decrease your appetite and will help keep your pins in shape too
* Try these simple changes in your diet to keep you looking svelte and sparkling: swap whole milk for semi-skimmed, try and go without butter on your bread and don't drown your food in sauces and gravies
