I love showing off my arms now. Since having my son Caspar eight months ago, they’ve become really toned from carrying him up and down the three flights of stairs in my house.
Breastfeeding keeps me in shape. I haven’t made a conscious effort to ditch my 4st of baby weight – running after Caspar, eating healthily and walking my dog meant it dropped off. I’ve ditched my scales and judge my body on how my size-8 clothes fit.
I’m a product junkie. I can’t live without James Brown Hair Serum, £5.99 – it helps tame my curls. Bourjois Rouge Hi-Tech in Rouge Futuriste, £7.25, is fab on my lips and cheeks, and I always have a pack of Boots Cucumber Cleansing Wipes, £2.29, with me.
I’m changing my life for the better by reading The Secret by Rhonda Byrne (Simon & Schuster, £12). It’s about improving your relationships by thinking positively – it must be working as I’m loving life right now!
As I’ve got older my confidence has grown. I look to others less for approval now, and trust my own instincts more. I think having a baby changes your perspective on life.
I’m fiercely loyal to my friends and family, and I’m really passionate about being honest and upfront. The result is that my mouth sometimes goes into action before my brain!
