As a ballet teacher who works up to 60 hours a week, Naomi Wallis, 25, spends a lot of time in gym gear.

“I used to work for an investment bank,” Naomi says.

“But last year I quit my job to retrain as a ballet teacher because I missed dance so much.”

Now, instead of sharp suits and heels, Naomi, from Hillingdon, Middlesex, lives in baggy trousers, sweaters and vests.

“Even when I’m not teaching, I’m doing yoga or running,” she says.

“So I’m rarely out of my gym kit.

"My trackies and hoodies are so unflattering, and when I’m teaching I don’t look very authoritative.

“Worst of all is when I meet my boyfriend Oliver, 31, for dinner after work.

"Sometimes we go to chic bars and I feel ridiculous wearing trainers and sipping cocktails!”

Naomi’s verdict: “I love the hot-pink T-shirt and shiny leggings – I could teach and go out in this. Nicky also suggested I carry funky pumps in my kit bag for after work, which is a great idea.”
