“No woman is ever completely happy with her figure, and I’m no exception.

"I don’t like my wobbly stomach and I was relieved I could cover it up for this shoot.

“My middle’s got bigger since I was on holiday in Los Angeles last month.

"I pigged out on nachos and cupcakes and I’m conscious of the extra weight.

"I need a few weeks of hard-core sit-ups to tone up again.

“I wish my thighs and bum were thinner as I think they’re disproportionately bigger than my top half.

"I want to slim down, but I have to be careful.

"I weighed under 9st when I was in Footballers Wives and felt I looked too thin.
